Cancellation policy

2-7 days prior to arrival : 50% of the reservation value will be charged.
Day prior to / same day cancellation /no show : 100% of full reservation value will be charged.
Receipt of reservation form, deposit or prepayment assumes unconditional agreement of our terms.

All reservations must be confirmed by returning our reservation form & 50% deposit.
